At East Central High School, we believe that it takes a village to raise and educate a student. We have community partnerships that help us shape our scholars into productive, successful citizens who are able to thrive in their future whether that is being college or career ready.

Spirit AeroSystems

In the spring of 2018, Spirit AeroSystems announced their partnership with East Central High School. This unique opportunity provides resources for high school students, aged 18 and over, to apply for a paid summer internship program. This spring 15 students were selected for the internship program after completing an extensive interview/screening process. In this program, these students will be in a position to seek continuing employment with Spirit AeroSystems, and gain valuable experience and training.
